Excellent! Perfect match. Delay of two months between placing and receiving product excessive.

The touch-up paint definitely did work. Having read another review that it left splotches where you touched up, I was careful to use a tiny amount using a toothpick to dab the little scratches In the leather. I then wiped the spots with a dry cloth. Its best to use as little paint as you can and blot afterwards. Even wiping left some barely noticeable spots. The scratches were done by my cat before I realized how easily the leather could be scratched. My chair is blue so the scratches were probably more obvious than on a brown or tan. At any rate, the chair does look much better.

The product finally arrived yesterday. First observation was that we got very little paint (maybe 1/8 inch in the bottom of the bottle) considering the cost of $53 with shipping. The color match was pretty good. We applied it to the creases that were darkened on the cream colored leather plus a bit around it to blend in the edges. After it dried, it just made the problem worse as dots in the surrounding area showed up that I’m guessing are hair follicles in the leather. We feel bad replacing the chair because the rest of it is just fine as is the mate to it. Since the chairs we have are no longer available, our choices will be to tolerate the flaw or purchase two different chairs. Just can’t recommend this product.
