    So easy to work on the computer in my Stressless Mayfair chair.

    This just adds functionality to my favorite chair. I can sit in my chair and do my work online, and it's easy to move when I'm ready to get out of the chair. It slides over and folds down until my next shift begins.

    Great, but

    I love it for working on my laptop in my Magic chair. And, it is great for eating, etc. I'm amazed by how steady, stable it is. That said, you still have to be careful with it depending upon what you have on the table as it will jiggle a bit depending upon how heavily you sit, etc. The movement is stiff, which is ultimately good; but, again, one needs to be careful. I think it's overpriced, but it's Ekornes, what do you expect ... quality costs. My biggest beef is that with the cost, and the quality of design Ekornes is capable of, it really ought to fold more compactly against the side of the chair. That said, I generally don't want it folded, so I can live with it ... it just makes me a bit ... sad.

    They are amazingly adaptable. They even work to keep our dogs out of our chairs until we are ready to sit down. Only complaint is how stiff the movement is. If you stop once you start changing position and try to start moving again, it has a tendency to topple anything on the tray. If there was a clean lubricant that would make this as smooth as the rest of the pair, it would be perfect.

    While the older version wasn't nearly as slick as this model, I can't help but with that this model wasn't quite as bouncy.

    I love my Ekornes Magic chair and finally added a laptop table so I could work comfortably from my living room. I really like this table, but I wish it were a bit more steady and not priced so high.
