Ekornes Stressless- Medium Ottoman Modern

On the positive side, the 2 ottomans arrived earlier than expected and look beautiful with our existing Ekornes furniture.
But I'm deducting 1 star due to these issues:
Both ottomans had stitching problems on the top cushion. It appears Ekornes tried to double stitch in one area and the result was a loop of thread sticks out about 1/4 inch on each piece. We can fix this ourselves but it makes us wonder whether the quality of Ekornes products is slipping.
