There are eight 15-minute auto-massage programs to suit your specific needs and desires anytime, day or night.

1. Full-Body Sore Muscle Relief - This program features both massage and heat. It includes a 3-minute warm up, 9 minute high-intensity massage, and 3-minute cool down.
2. Sport Back Therapy - This program focuses specifically on areas most affected by athletics: back, calves and feet. It includes a 3-minute warm up, 9 minute high-intensity massage, and 3-minute cool down.
3. Leg, Foot & Hip Therapy - This therapeutic program targets legs and calves and maintains a strong intensity from beginning to end.
4. Neck & Shoulder Relief - This heated upper-body massage includes a 3-minute warm up, 9 minutes of high-intensity massage, and a 3-minute cool down.
5. The After-Work Stretch - Your mid to lower back suffers greatly during the day. Take off work with a gentle massage and body stretch that includes a 3-minute warm up, 9 minutes of medium-intensity massage, and a 3-minute cool down.
