How to Care for the Air-Core Adjustable Pillow:
1. Soak in lukewarm water using a mild detergent (and bleach if desired)
2. Continue to flush or press water through the pillow until it's clean
3. Rinse in fresh, clear water until the detergent and soil is removed
4. Press to remove the excess water
5. Machine dry using medium heat with 3 tennis balls or a soft pair of clean shoes to fluff.
