Our popular Nationwide White Glove Delivery option allows us to bring your recliner, office chair, sofa or sectional into your home, unpack it, set it up and take the box/packaging with us when we leave. Of course your furniture will arrive fully-assembled*. Typically this service is most helpful to those that might have difficulty moving the furniture into or around the home (or simply don't want to bother with it- that's fine as well). It is also common for us to ship via White Glove Delivery if your order includes more than 1 recliner or large furniture item (e.g. Ekornes sofa, Stressless couch, Human Touch Zero-Gravity Perfect Chair set etc.).
There is no additional (or a very minimal) charge for this service on many items. There are exclusions which include Ekornes products purchased after 9-1-15 as Ekornes initiated a mandatory delivery fee for customers outside of FL or MS. Fjords furniture also has a small delivery fee that was initiated in 2020 at the request of Fjords. All large furniture (couches, loveseats etc) that cannot be easily moved by one person should include this service (within the continental U.S.). This shipping method does typically add a few days to the delivery timeline (this varies by location) as it is a highly specialized delivery method that we trust only to a select few delivery companies across the U.S.

If you prefer to receive your order a few days faster, our Inside Residential Delivery is likely a great choice. If your order is for an Ekornes chair, Stressless recliner, or other small to medium-sized furniture item that is easy to move, this service level is worth considering.
Unless you select our White Glove Delivery option, Inside Residential Delivery is our standard shipping method for all furniture items (except as noted above on larger furniture items). In this service level, we assemble, deliver and bring your boxed recliner or chair inside your door. You then simply tilt the box on its side, slide the chair out, unwrap and enjoy. Please recycle the box if this service is available in your area.
*For safe shipping and handling, some furniture accessories cannot be attached prior to delivery (e.g. Stressless swing table, laptop table etc.). We have installation instructions and online videos available that make almost all accessory installs very easy.
