    I'm not sure why these parts are so hard to find, I'm just glad I found them here. I have not yet found a single other company that carries them.

    One of these broke on my stressless chair, and for months I've been looking for a replacement. I thankfully found them here. The shipping did take a little longer than I hoped, but I guess that is due to corona.
