The guided imagery CD is intended to help you let loose the frustrations and stressors that are burdening you. Whether you intend to or not, your mind is constantly carrying around worries, fear and anxieties. This CD is intended to help you cope with those daily struggles. The intent of coping is to not only reduce reactions but to also replace unhealthy coping mechanisms with more healthy attitudes and behaviors. Ultimately, we want stress to wash by us like water in a stream. Each track is intentional and can be used independently of the others. However, a progressive succession will lead to a deep relaxation experience. We strongly recommend finding a safe, quiet place where you can relax and unwind and truly allow yourself to submerge in the relaxing imagery.
