This leads to tension in interpersonal relationships and increased stress reactions. Our culture is saturated with abundance. We hardly realize how much we have because we are taught to never be satisfied and continue chasing for more and more...
The guided imagery CD is intended to help you learn to cope with stressors, outside influences, and tension. The intent of coping is to not only reduce reactions but to also replace unhealthy coping mechanisms with more healthy attitudes and behaviors. Ultimately, we want stress to wash by us like water in a stream. Each track is intentional and can be used independently of the others. However, a progressive succession will lead to a deep relaxation experience. We strongly recommend finding a safe, quiet place where you can relax and unwind and truly allow yourself to submerge in the relaxing imagery.
