Himolla Warranty Information

The Himolla Limited 5 Year Guarantee covers the following:

• Padding, sub-springing and interiors springing 
• Frame and non-moving parts 
• Durability and resistance properties of our Long-life leather* 
• Cold cure moulded seat cushions** 
• The Himolla Limited 5 Year Guarantee is subject to standard domestic use with our product care instructions. 
• The Himolla Limited 5 Year Guarantee only applies to original purchaser of this Himolla product. 
• The Himolla Limited 5 Year Guarantee does not cover any damage caused by misuse, moving, unauthorized repairs, negligence or alterations to the furniture. 

- When in use, indentation or deformation of the padding on the seat cushion can occur and is considered normal. Indentation of the padding will not be recognized as a defect.

- Leather is a natural material and may stretch and flex during use. Formation of wrinkles on the seat cushion is possible and will not be recognized as a defect.

Efforts to repair by a non-authorized technician and treatment with cleaning products or chemicals that are not suited or recommended by Himolla will void this guarantee. Himolla recommends cleaning and maintenance products especially designed and produced for Himolla by Uniter’s SpA Italy.

The Himolla Limited 5 Year Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or willful destruction.

To report a guarantee claim, please contact your retailer and have proof of purchase and your guarantee registration ready. Guarantee claims can only be asserted via the retailer from whom the product was purchased.

Under this guarantee Himolla reserves the right to replace defective parts, repair, replace or exchange the defective product of similar style and design if the original style should not be available anymore.
