    I am so pleased to find you carry this important part to the repair of my ottoman. The one down side, the Post Office took well over 3 week to deliver from you to me.

    They're made with like a plastic like material, but it makes sense because they are inexpensive. Overall it took me no time ti replace, and the shipping and customer service was good.

    Finding these are really difficult, which is a shame, because they are plastic, so they do break with wear. I checked so many websites before I finally found it here

    Finding this was a miracle. I could not get anything done on the Ekornes Stressless Website (directs you to the dealers) Finding these parts, and getting them shipped easily to the house made my day. I agree with a previous poster - its sad that this crucial part is a rather weak plastic.
